Original on-site souvenir program for the WBA World Heavyweight Championship fight between Muhammad Ali and Leon Spinks at the Louisiana Superdome, New Orleans, on September 15 1978. Ali controlled the fight from start to finish giving Spinks a sweet taste of ring craft. As the last rounds went by, the huge crowd of 64,000 grew restless as they knew this was the last time they'd see the great man in action. History was at hand. At the end Ali took a clear decision and the title for the third time. Nine months later Ali announced his retirement.
