First Edition. 8vo. 144pp. + 34 pages of adverts at the rear. Original pictorial paper-covered boards, decorated with the armorial design of Gleneagles, very bright, small area of back cover rubbed. Paper covered spine, slightly rubbed with the odd surface chip. Frontispiece, with vertical crease, then illustrated throughout with green-tinted photographs and plans, with border design and golfing vignette in pale grey to each page including the title-page. Colour fold-out map of the golf course in 1921. A very good copy.
