One of the earliest course histories, with much of interest on the Elliot Golf Links, Balcathie, and the setting out of the course.

8vo. viii + 159pp + [40] adverts. Portrait frontis. (Claud Strachan Carnegie of Tarrie), 10 plates, mainly portraits. Original illustrated card covers, sl staining and bumps to corners, retained in a protective sleeve. Foxing throughout, quite pronounced in places though mostly marginal. A good, bright copy. SCARCE.  [D&M, 17980]
