Original green cloth, very clean and bright, gilt titles to spine and upper board, vignettes. Some very minimal shelfwear to head and tail of the spine. Top edges gilt. A fine copy. NB. Loosely inserted is the rare slip which offers the original drawings by Rountree by inviting the reader to make "enquiries with a view to purchase" at the offices of A.E. Johnson, Artists' Agent.
