26 original postcards. Real hand coloured photographs by L.V & Co., numbers 162 to 191 less 166, 167,  179 & 184. The 1906 race was the first French Grand Prix and was hosted by the Automobile Club de France (ACF). It was created at the initiative of the French automotive industry as an alternative to the Gordon Bennett Cup.  

Some with corners gently bumped, occasional small chips to edges. 15 postally used with franked 5c stamp to front and handwritten address to reverse, others postally unused. In very good condition.
