Privately published biography of the famous Redruth and Cornwall rugby player of the Edwardian era, Bert Solomon. Solomon was a brilliant centre threequarter for Redruth, a key member of the first Cornwall county championship winning team and the first Cornishman to be capped for England. This biography was extensively consulted by Allen Buckley in his later biography of Solomon's, published in 2007. 

Second edition (revised and enlarged). Bound in 2 custom spiral binders with A4 typescript pages and hand-drawn illustrations in text. 121pp in total. Issued in a limited edition of 9 copies distributed to friends of the author. VERY RARE.
