Cricket autograph. Handwritten letter in ink on two sheets to W Farjeon, dated 2 February 1936. Jackson is responding to an enquiry about the Varsity match of 1890 - "We needed 54 to win, not 50 - and Ford made 16 of the last 17 needed."  Signed "F Stanley Jackson". Jackson represented Yorkshire from 1890-1907 and captained England in the 1905 Ashes series.

18 x 13cm. Single horizontal and vertical folds.
