Payment Information

All prices on the site are listed in sterling.

When selecting items to purchase, they are held in the basket until you go to the checkout, which will take you though a secure online payment system.

We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards. We will also accept UK cheques, if arranged by telephone. If paying by credit card over the phone, please make sure you have the main number, the expiry date, the 3-digit security code (credit cards) and the issue number (debit cards) to hand.

VAT

For customers in the UK and EU, V.A.T. is not charged on books and printed matter, such as programmes & booklets.

V.A.T. is charged on non-printed matter, including photographs, postcards, pictures & prints, attire & equipment etc at the standard rate of 15%.

V.A.T. is not applicable to customers outside the EU.

The price you see on the site, is the price inclusive of VAT, and for those items where VAT is charged, the VAT amount is broken down in your invoice at the end of the checkout process.

Delivery Information

All items will be sent out within two working days of receiving an order, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods.

Orders up to £100 will be sent First Class, unless another postage option is selected at checkout. There is a minimum charge of £1.50 for each package, but no package will cost more than £8 to send anywhere in the UK.

Orders over £50 will be sent Recorded Delivery, unless another postage option is selected at checkout. This is to enhance postal reliability and adds a charge of 72p to the quoted domestic carriage. For complete peace of mind, Royal Mail's Special Delivery service covers the value of items up to £500 and can be selected at checkout.

Single orders over £250 will be sent by free Special Delivery in the UK and International Signed For when sent abroad.

All items under £250 are sent at owner's risk.

Orders from abroad will be sent by Airsure where applicable and otherwise by Airmail.

All items sent by post are fully insured.
