The famous Kent "Blue Book" was published annually from 1878 to 1946 with breaks in publication during the two world wars (1916-18,1940-44). Each issue contains a review of the season prior to the year of publication. Before 1919, the year given in the title is the year of publication, thereafter the year in the title is the season reviewed.
