Payment Information

All prices on the site are listed in sterling.

When selecting items to purchase, they are held in the basket until you go to the checkout, which will take you quickly and safely through a secure online payment system.

We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards.  We also accept U.K. cheques, if arranged by telephone, but please understand that items can not be posted out until the cheque has cleared.  If paying by credit card over the phone, please make sure you have the main number, the expiry date, the 3-digit security code (credit cards) and the issue number (debit cards) to hand.

V.A.T.

For customers in the U.K. and E.U., V.A.T. is not charged on books and printed matter, such as programmes & booklets.

V.A.T. is charged on non-printed matter, including photographs, postcards, pictures & prints, attire & equipment, etc, at the standard rate of 20%.

The price you see on the site is inclusive of V.A.T. and for those items where V.A.T. is charged, the V.A.T. amount is broken down in your invoice at the end of the checkout process.

Delivery Information & Postal Charges

All items will be sent out within two working days of receiving an order, excluding weekends and bank holidays.  Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods.

U.K. Orders

Individual items up to £50 will be sent First Class, unless another postage option is selected at checkout.  There is a minimum charge of £2.50 for each package.

Individual items over £50 will be sent Recorded Delivery, unless another postage option is selected at checkout.   For complete peace of mind, Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service covers the value of items up to £500 and can be selected at checkout.

Individual, domestic orders valued at £250 or more will be sent by FREE Special Delivery in the U.K.

Orders Outside U.K. 

Orders from abroad will be sent by international tracked airmail unless otherwise requested.  For large international orders, postage will be charged at cost and you will be notified by our office once you have received your order confirmation.
