Original ink autograph of Albert E Leatham, who played for Gloucestershire from 1883-84. He also went on a number of early cricket tours, including Vernon's team to India and Ceylon in 1889-90 and Hawke's teams to India, the West Indies and New Zealand. This autograph came from a visitors book from the early 1890s at Heath House in Shropshire where many country house cricket matches were hosted (including against the MCC and Free Foresters) - Leatham seemed to play regularly in these matches.

Very good condition.
