The rare illustrated autobiography of the Cardiff and Wales rugby union player whose two caps during the Home Nations Championship of 1886 saw him become part of the the first international side to play with eight forwards and four three-quarters, and who subsequently emigrated to the U.S. and became a prominent member of the Automobile Club of Buffalo and a champion cyclist and swimmer - all of which is covered in the book.
