BIRMINGHAM CITY FOOTBALL CLUB AUTOGRAPHS 1930-31

Album page with 33 autographs of Birmingham City players from the 1930-31 season, when they reached their first Cup Final. The autographs are all in ink and are on smaller sheets laid down to the album page. The page itself  has worn thin from the back and has some holes - these do not, however, affect the autographs which are on thicker paper laid over this. Many players have signed twice as this was obviously two collections put together. The players include: Hibbs (twice), Curtis (twice), Cringan, Leslie (twice), Firth (twice), Horsman (twice), Tremelling (twice), Bradford (twice), Morrall, Briggs (twice), Hicks, Barkas, Liddell, Crosbie, Tewkesbury, Tillingham (twice), Randle (twice), Lane, Calladine, Robinson and Bond. Comes with a Birmingham City FC official card from Leslie Knighton, the club manager, with a note in his handwriting - "herewith enclosed please autographs of our boys as requested".
