A collection of three autograph letters and associated papers from the former Northamptonshire County Cricket Club player of the 1930s and 40s, who also represented Cambridge University and became aide-de-camp to the Queen in the 1960s, sent to his friend the cricket collector Geoffrey Coppinger in 1990. The material is largely concerned with military cricket matches and his later days playing successfully for Guernsey Island CC. There is also an annotated draft of Brigadier White's 11-page cricket recollections: 'From Dover to Lord's - A Very Personal Memoir'.
