SIGNED

Two large autograph pages - the first signed by 13 players/staff from the British Army Football Team that played the French Army team at White Hart Lane on April 7th, 1948. Players include Doyle, Murphy, Westwood, Hinshelwood, Rogers, Johnstone, Buchanan etc. The second page is signed by 12 French players who played in the same game. This match was part of the "Kentish Cup" between Britain, France and Belgium. The back of the French Army XI page is signed by 9 Luton Town players from the 1948 season, including Soo, Owen, Streten, Cooker, Daniel, Gardiner, Duggan, Waugh and Lake.

Both 16 x 25cm. Very good condition.
