Paperback, 1st edition. 8vo. 151pp. including tables, plus plates and ads to front. Gutter exposed and binding coming loose to first few advert pages. Internally very good condition, clean and bright. In the original green/brown stiff card wraps, very lightly rubbed, bumped and tanned, else very good condition.
