Cricket statistical work, covering 1873 to 1906. The author tries to offer a different perspective on many of these statistics, focusing less on averages and more on aggregates and percentages of these by individuals. Includes a very good section on the Ashes.

8vo. 118pp + adverts section. Original green boards with gilt titles. Very good condition. From the collection of the MCC Library with bookplate and withdrawn stamp to fly-leaf. Originally from the collection of the Olympic athlete Reginal Reed (with bookplate to front pastedown), who was famously arrested for stealing books from a London library in 1910. No further action was taken.
