A rare photograph of eleven members of the M.C.C. cricket team that toured South SAfrica in 1922-23, under the captaincy of F.T. Mann, Players on the tour, which was under strength, nevertheless included Mann, Fender, Woolley, Gilligan, Carr, Mead and Sandham. The match in which this eleven played is uncertain.

26 x 34cm, including mount. One corner of mount is missing and there is some foxing to the mount. The photograph is still in very good condition.
