Menu card for a dinner held at Lord's Cricket Ground on the occasion of the lacrosse match between England and Lord Robinson's XII on March 25th 1950. The menu belonged to S.V. Court, one of the proposers of a toast and previously the captain of Kent County lacrosse team. Signed inside by H.J. Forrest, A. Wesley, Lord Robinson and one other (unidentified). Forrest and Wesley seemed to be important figures in lacrosse at the time (both were founders of the Centurion Lacrosse Club and Lord Robinson (Roy Robinson) was a first-class cricketer and accomplished university lacrosse player.

Single folded card. 18 x 11.5cm. Old tape mark to front. Very good.
