Second, revised, edition. 8vo. [iv] + 128pp. Frontispiece, 2 plates. Original illustrated red cloth with illustration of footballer preparing to take a kick. Original decorative red cloth, rubbed to edges with some minor staining and fading. Neat owner's name inside. A good copy of a very rare book.
