Typed letter on Lancashire CCC headed paper, written in his capacity as Club Secretary to accompany a copy of the County Annual. Signed nicely by Howard in ink.

Howard played 3 matches for Middlesex in 1930 but is better remembered as a cricket administrator and England tour manager.

Central fold. Very good condition.
