Official programme. The English team comprised: Austin, Hare, Tuckey and Wilde, with Roper Barrett as non-playing Captain; the USA put out Budge, Grant, Mako and Parker, with Pate as npc. USA won 4-1 and Britain didn't reach the final again until 1978.

25 x 17.5cm. Original illustrated card covers with Union Jack and Stars and Stripes banners. 8pp. Portraits and biographies of each player. Scores recorded very neatly in ink. Very good condition.
