First Edition. 8vo. [xv] + 369pp. Frontispiece (tissue-guard), 18 plates, text illustrations. Red lettering to illustrated title-page. Blue-green cloth, pictorial upper cover showing jockey's jacket and cap, stamped in scarlet and gilt. Minor bumping to spine, otherwise a very good copy.
