A typed copy taken from the original newspaper articles of May 17th and 24th 1890 covering the first-class match which took place at Westbury and saw the home side, captained by W.G. Grace, defeat the touring Australian team. A full narrative account with scorecards.

33 x 20.5cms. 8pp. Stapled sheets. Minor wear to sheets which have been folded vertically and horizontally, otherwise good condition. From the collection of The Cricket Society, with its stamp to first page.
