NATIONAL SPORTING CLUB 1936 BOXING PROGRAMME (EMPRESS STADIUM, EARL'S COURT) - INCLUDING FARR V RUTZ

Official boxing programme for the bouts held at the Empress Stadium, Earl's Court, on December 21st, 1936. The bouts included Tommy Farr v Charles Rutz and Benny Caplan v Ginger Roberts.

This programme belonged to the prominent Communist journalist George Sinfield when he was Sports Editor of the Daily Worker, and includes his pencil notes within. The staples have rusted and are now removed. Good condition.
