1st edition, small folio. 272pp. including black and white and full colour photos and illustrations, tables of results etc. Internally very good, clean and bright. In the original deep blue leatherette. Long dedication from Sir Herbert MacDonald (the compiler) to Rex Alston, the leading sports commentator - dated February 1st 1968.
