Official programme for the Oxford v Cambridge lawn tennis match played at Fenner's on June 13-14, 1911. All the singles players appeared around that time at Wimbledon, including Hope Crisp, the first winner of the Mixed Doubles at Wimbledon in 1913, and Harold Bache, the Worcestershire cricketer and famous amateur footballer for Corinthian FC, West Bromwich Albion and England. Bache was killed by a sniper in West Flanders in 1916.

Single folded card. 13 x 9cm. Small area of surface loss to back where once removed from an album - this slightly affecting an advert for F.H. Ayres Ltd. Very good condition.
