Autobiography of the famous Wales and British Lions player, Rowe Harding. Due to the strict rules on professionalism, Harding was one of the very few players of his generation to commit his story to print. This fascinating book includes an account of the British Lions tour of South Africa in 1924.

1st edition. 8vo. 154pp. Frontis + 15 plates (1 loose), A nice, clean copy in green cloth with label to spine (no dust jacket). Occasional spotting. Very good. Owner's name to fly-leaf. Signed nicely by Rowe Harding, dated 1930, to top of fly-leaf (not dedicated).
