A short illustrated history of the first 30 years of the luxury hotel and golf club, penned by the cricket writer who was a regular visitor.

Paperback. 4to. 32pp. Minor wear and buckling to covers. Good condition. Signed and dedicated to first page by Swanton to his friend and fellow cricket journalist John Woodcock, dated February 1st 1991. A note on Daily Telegraph headed paper from Swanton to Woodcock is also slipped in, referring to this publication and to the Ashes tour going on at the time. Smudge to note.
