A collection of 36 football programmes, all featuring the Showbiz XI and all (apart from one) being from the 1960s. Regular players in the Showbiz team included Sean Connery, Tommy Steele, Des O'Connor, Billy Wright, Walley Barnes, David Frost, Kenny Lynch etc. Opponents include Olympic Athletes (1960 & 1969), various Managers XIs, Brighton Beat Groups, Chelwick FC, Burnley Ex-Clarets, Chertsey Town, Doug Insole XI, Cheshunt, Trevor Bailey XI, Barking Clubmen, various Sportswriters XIs etc. Connery played in most of the games from the early 1960s, even after appearing as James Bond in the early films. Opposition players included the great and the good from the worlds of sport and entertainment.

Varying condition, with some rusty staples, light creasing, short tears, team changes etc. Most are in good + condition. The odd autograph.
