8vo. xiii + 221pp. + [2]. Portrait frontis. (tissue-guard). Original blue cloth, very good, title in gilt letters within gilt square to front. A very fine copy. Limited Edition of 400 copies. This copy is also a Presentation copy, inscribed in black ink, "Mr Clive Runnells, with kindest regards, David R Forgan, Chicago, Dec 22, 1925", in very elegant handwriting.
