Fairbairn rowed for Cambridge in four boat races between 1882-1887 and was later a hugely influential coach. This is the second of four books he published on his methods containing 366 separate points (one a day) for oarsmen. 

1st edition. 8vo. 42pp. Original green boards, a little browned and faded to spine. Original ownership name and address to front pastedown. A very good copy and scarce.
