Official programme for the match played at the Victoria Ground, Stoke, on April 28th, 1965. This was a farewell testimonial match for Matthews, who had finally decided to hang up his boots. Two matches took place with many greats of the game appearing, including Puskas, Di Stefano, Eusebio, Yashin, Moore, Greaves, Charlton, Law, Haynes, Trautmann, Revie, Mortensen, Lofthouse, Finney, Barnes, Blanchflower, Milburn and Matthews himself.

A few light creases to covers. Good condition. Comes with a caricature card of Stanley Matthews signed by him to top left corner (not dedicated).
