Original cricket postcard published (probably in Kent) to celebrate Kent winning the match at the Oval on July 4-5, 1912, by 9 wickets. The card is titled "Scalped!" and records the match scores of the three famous Surrey "H's" ('obbs, 'ayes and 'ayward) with the Kent "H's" Hardinge, Humphreys and Hubble. The Surrey threesome scored 71 runs in total over two innings, whereas the Kent stars scored 199 in just one innings.

There are some heavy creases to the card and a couple of light stains. Pencil address to reverse. Fair condition but very rare.
