4to. 164pp. Cloth-covered boards. Binding slightly separating in places but all pages fully attached. Plate I of human figure illustration detached but present. A couple of organs from Chart V are also loose - all appear to be present. Covers and spine lightly rubbed and scuffed to edges plus a few minor marks. Foxing to endpapers and minor spotting throughout. A very good first edition copy. Scarce.
