Luxurious booklet presented to attendees of the event at the Dorchester Hotel, 24th October 1963. Contains a list of all those present, table plan and welcome messages.

8vo. 46pp with fold-out table plan. Bound in brown suede with gilt FA crest to front cover and ribbon tie. Very good condition. This belonged to Ernie Blenkinsop, the England captain of the early 1930s, and he has written his name to the top of the first page. On the first blank page are the autographs of Blenkinsop (again), Laurie Scott, Jack Hill (England captain from the 1920s), Bert Williams, Ray Wilson, Bobby Moore (before he became England captain), Bobby Charlton, Eddie Hapgood (England captain in the 1930s), Keith de Maus (FA Council) and H.A. Slade, D.S.O., M.C. All these people were sat on the same or neighbouring table to Blenkinsop. Blenkinsop has put a few neat ink marks next to the names of all England captains in the printed list and has written "Capt." in red ink next to the relevant autographs. A unique and important piece of English football memorabilia.
