Illustrated biography of golfing legend Gene Sarazen, a top American golfer of the 20's and 30's and one of only 5 players to ever win all 4 major championships. Written by John Olman, a leading golf collectibles dealer.

Limited edition of 300, printed to commemorate the award of The Vintage Tribute to Sarazen in 1986. Large 4to. 176pp.including black and white photos in-text throughout. Near fine in near fine original maroon cloth with gilt titles. This copy was presented to a contestant in the 1987 Vintage Chrysler Pro-Am tournament, with official letter slipped in. Signed very nicely by Sarazen to limitation page.
