"Bomber" Wells (1930-2008) was a West Country character of the old school who grew up in Gloucester, played for the county from 1951 to 1959 then tranferred to Notts where he played from 1960 to 1965. This book charts his early life and his playing career with the glorious Glosters.

8vo. [ii] + 118pp. Cartoons in the text, by Don Titmuss. Dust-wrapper, lightly rubbed. Good condition. No.23 of a Limited Edition of 500 copies signed by "Bomber" Wells to limitation page.
