Lord's, September 13-15, 1886. Printed on silk. This friendly match was the 36th game played by the touring Australians, and was made over for the benefit of JA Murdoch. The result was a draw, with WG Grace hitting 74 in the first innings, AH Jarvis top scoring for the Australians with 84.

28 x 19cm. Printed in blue on cream silk, the odd light crease, sl frayed at bottom margin, some staining above the title at the top. A very rare "silk" from this early tour, in lovely, bright condition.
