Paperback. Name to front. Staples have rusted and have now been removed - leaving small holes/stains. Good condition. Signed inside in pencil by Bill Nankeville, Herb Douglas, Dick Ault, John Parlett, Frank Fox, Dave Bolen, Dick Phillips, Don Finlay and Harrison Dillard.
