Two small fixture cards for Cumnor Cricket Club (Oxfordshire), 1927 and 1928. The cards come from the personal collection of Henry Brooke, later Baron Brooke of Cumnor and Conservative Home Secrerary from 1962-64. The cards come with a newspaper cutting for a match between Cumnor and Summertown in 1926 in which Brooke scored a century - the Cumnor CC website records that Brooke scored the very first century for the club sometime during the 1920s. It is possibly this one.

Each is a single folded card. 11 x 8cm. Very good condition.
