Ilford, May 17 - 20, 1947. Tied (the third in the history of the County Championship). The excitement of Wade and Pearce's last wicket stand of 10 for Essex to tie the match overshadowed earlier hundreds by Cray (Essex) and Timms (Northants) and P. Smith's 10 wickets in the match for Essex. Signed in ink by all the Essex players.

 26 x 21cm. Fully printed. Accompanied by newspaper report. Very good.
