Official programme for the Second Annual Meeting of the Kent County Constabulary Athletic Club Sports, held at Finn's Athletic Ground, Canterbury, on July 13th, 1899. Lists all competitors in each event with mainly pencil results written in.

Original paper-covered boards. A couple of pages at the back have been removed, but all the event pages are present. Fair/good condition.
