A practical guide for women tennis players written by the Wimbledon quarter finalist of 1934, with numerous photographs of the author throughout including two sets designed to produce moving pictures when the pages are flicked.

8vo. 88pp. Dust-wrapper. Wrapper lightly rubbed and now protected by a plastic sleeve. Good condition. Signed and dated (1941) in New York by the author to flyleaf with a dedication to 'Dr Hawk', presumably Dr Philip B. Hawk the veteran U.S. Champion of the 1920s who became a pioneering sports nutritionist.
