The subject was the Golden Boy of boxing's Golden Age in Australia, between 1910 and 1916, during which time he had 50 pro fights and won forty-six of them. The appendix lists all of Darcy's 50 fights.

Small 8vo. 238pp. 16 plates. A few neat ink annotations to text. Dust-wrapper, worn at edges. Good condition. Signed presentation copy from the author, dated June 1965. [Hartley, 1811]
