Coloured 'Panel Portrait'. Topical Times was a boy's periodical publication and issued several series of 'Panel Portraits' during the inter-war years. 25 x 9cm. Fine. Mercer won 5 caps for England (and later managed the national side in 1974).

Nicely signed in ink across his shorts.
