Signed to the back cover in ink by 29 members of the All Black party, including Kember, Thorne, Smith, Williams, Hazlett, Laidlaw, MacRae, Wills, Major (twice), Kirton, Birtwistle, Tremain, McLeod, Strachan, Lochore, Going and Hopkinson.
