Original rugby team photograph of the Northampton RFC side from the 1927-28 season with two Club Officials. It had been a good year, Northampton winning 31 of the 39 matches they played. Pictured are Coley, Longland, Harris, Percival, Fidgett, Jelley, Loverock, Morgan, Barnes, Vaughan, Mayes, Weston, Merry, Birch, Hazelmere, Webb, Millward and Dix.

Overall 35.5 x 30.5cm. Black and white photograph laid down to photographer's mount. Title, full legend and season summary printed to mount below photograph. Mount a little tanned and soiled, photograph unaffected. Contemporary annotations in ink to reverse. In very good condition.
