A statistical survey of Surrey cricket between 1844 and 1887, described by Gaston as "a splended compilation ... and most valuable". The author was a Spanish nobleman who bore the title Marquis de Santa Susana. He was a keen follower of Surrey cricket and privately produced both this volume and another one in Madrid.

8vo. [iii] + 160pp. Original red cloth, title in black lettering to the front cover & spine, both sl soiled with some minor wear to head & tail of spine. Contents clean, title-page browned, pages edges coloured red. Ex-lib Woodhouse (bookplate). A good copy of a scarce volume.
