There is also a short biography of Carolin and additional information about the tour.

First Edition. 4to. 235pp. Lavishly illustrated throughout. Dust-wrappers, very good. No.618 of a Limited Edition of 1000 copies, signed by the publisher and one of the compilers.  [Jenkins, E157]
